ÕThis is our first workshop in the beautiful new South Surrey Recreation Centre, and we are looking forward to trying out their facilities.  Join us in creating a collage and explore the world of painting with acrylics and mixed media. No experience required. All ages.
Some materials included, but bring along any interesting tidbits for added texture. If you have a heat gun or hair dryer that will speed up the drying time. Paints, brushes, glue,  and canvas will be provided. There really is no limit to the possibilities for this, just use your imagination.

Some ideas for things to bring with you:

  • Scraps of tissue for added texture
  • Photos printed on a laser printer
  • Keep sakes that have meaning
  • Bits of fabric or lace
  • Stencils
  • Stamps and archival stamp pads
  • Chip board shapes
  • Silk or paper flowers and miscellaneous embellishments
